success.DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Monitor the progress, performance, and quality of the
project(s).
- Lead project meetings, including reporting project status and
gauging client satisfaction.
- Manage the project schedule, budget, and documentation.
- Create subcontracts and prepare purchase orders.
- Develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and
vendors.
- Support the Project Superintendent to ensure adherence to
contract documents/requirements.
- Provide oversight of supporting staff; including interviewing
and training associates, and planning, assigning, and directing
work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.ProfileThe Project Manager
will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or 5
years of experience as Project Manager. with an associate degree in
a related field.
- Experience working Light industrial, manufactoring, or
distribution center construction.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- LEED GA or AP preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore.
- General knowledge of Construction Management and Design/Build
contract delivery systems.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured work
habits.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with
people of all levels and personalities.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints,
construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
- Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects.Job
OfferThe Project Manager will be offered:
- $100,000-$125,000 base salary (DOE)
