• Certification Details
• BLS-ACLS (confirmed)
• ONS CHEMO certification - required for Oncology RNs.
• TNCC - strongly preferred for ER.
• EFM - Required for L&D.
  • Job Details
  • Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility to be eligible to apply.
  • Title: Med Surg Oncology RN - must read and interpret telemetry independently, strong neuro assessment skills.
  • Epic EMR, navy scrubs.
  • Acute medical surgical unit (oncology) with some tele monitored patients, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients. 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio.
    • Job Requirements
    • 1.5 years of MS/Tele exp.
    • Large hospital exp and level I or II trauma required.
    • Must be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently, strong neuro assessment skills.
    • ONS certification would be beneficial (can put through training to administer chemotherapy).
      • Schedule Information
      • SHIFT: 4x12's Day Shift (0700-1930), every other weekend, every other holiday, no call.
      • Wants candidate that can work 4x12.
      • First to float.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Description: Acute medical surgical unit (oncology) with some tele monitored patients, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients. 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio.
          • Additional Details
          • I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Forms are required for APN Candidates.
          • Hospice, Home Health, or anyone required to drive for their position: Requires a copy of a driver's license with them at all times.
          • Residency Declaration Form required.
          • EKG Exam required for all RNs and LPN/LVNs except the following units: Home Care Positions, Peri Operative Nurses, L&D, NICU, OR RNs unless the job code is for Advanced Tele Skills.
