• Certification Details
• BLS-ACLS (confirmed)
• ONS certification would be beneficial (can put through OH training to administer chemotherapy)
• Epic EMR, navy scrubs.

  • Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility OhioHealth Grant to be eligible to apply.
  • LOCATION: Grant Medical Center
  • Title: Med Surg Oncology RN *must read and interpret tele*
  • Unit Description: Acute medical surgical unit (oncology) with some tele monitored patients, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients. 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio.
    • Job Requirements
    • 1.5 years of MS/Tele exp
    • Large hospital exp and level I or II trauma required
    • Must be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently, strong neuro assessment skills
      • Schedule Information
      • SHIFT: 3x12's Day Shift (0700-1930), every other weekend, every other holiday, no call
      • First to float
        • Additional Details
        • Traveler will clear with fingerprints pending. CL will need to follow up to confirm we get the results.
