• NIH Stroke Certification required for certain units
  • Job Details
  • 3x12-hour D/N Rotating shift - (36 hours per week)
  • Weekdays and some weekends
  • Rotating holidays required
  • Must be willing to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
  • Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Lower Acuity Cardiac
  • Cardiac experience preferred
  • Patient ratio: 1:3-4
  • Provide high-quality care for patients in a lower acuity cardiac unit
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Float to units of similar or lower acuity as needed
  • This is a great opportunity for experienced nurses
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years of PCU or Med-Surg experience required
    • BCLS and ACLS certifications required
    • Strong skills in IV starts, telemetry, and conscious sedation
    • EPIC experience required
      • Schedule Information

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Patient ratio in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is between 1:3-4
        • Cardiac experience is preferred
          • Additional Details

          • Travelers can renew ACLS and BLS at the facility.
          • Travelers can renew PALS at the facility.
          • Required for ER, ER OB, and ER Psych.
