HOURLY PAY NEGOTIABLEGrowing Surgery Center is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our healthcare team. As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care to patients across Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and Interventional Pain.*Responsibilities:** Practice in collaboration with a variety of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia care services.* Perform and document the pre-anesthesia assessment and evaluation of the patient.* Develop and implement an anesthesia care plan.* Obtain informed consent for anesthesia and related services.* Select, obtain, and administer preanesthetic medication or treatment.* Select, obtain, prepare, and use equipment, invasive and non-invasive monitors, supplies, and drugs for the administration of anesthesia; perform safety checks as needed.* Perform all aspects of airway management.* Facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia by evaluating patient response, and selecting and administering medications, fluids, and ventilator support to maintain patient stability during transfer.* Evaluate the patient's response to anesthesia and surgery; take appropriate corrective action during the post-anesthesia period.* Support and prioritize patient safety.* Perform nerve blocks.*Educational Requirements:** Completed an accredited Nurse Anesthetist school in the United States.* Is currently certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.* Holds current active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio and complies with any applicable state statutory and regulatory requirements concerning CRNAs.* Provide proof of prior valid professional liability insurance coverage if applicable.* Have and maintain current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).* Demonstrates current competency in the clinical responsibilities for which the candidate is applying.Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 8 - 30 per weekMedical Specialty:* Anesthesiology* Medical-Surgical* Pain MedicineLicense/Certification:* CRNA License (Required)Work Location: In person
