Overview:$17.50/hour -At Cedar Point, work is FUN! The Training Coordinator for the Resort Division will be one of the first people that new Cedar Point Resort associates encounter. From facilitating training classes to conducting associate interviews about their working experience, the Training Coordinator role engages with our team members to ensure they are getting the learning and development needed to be successful in their roles. • Facilitate classroom setting trainings to up to 35 people at a time.
• Create and updates training classes in PowerPoint and the LMS authoring tool.
• Compile and evaluate data daily.
• Maintain SOP's, onboarding manuals, and other training materials.
• Conduct associate audits during the year in order to gauge engagement.
• Assist with associate onboarding, scheduling of training classes, and Dayforce LMS system maintenance.Some of our amazing perks and benefits:
